The traditional meal will be prepared & served by Chef Henri along with sous chef Arturo assisted by a gustatory crew of meat, vegetable, sauce & salad specialists. The meal features a tender & flavorful cut of select beef roasted to perfection according to an old family recipe together with the Chef’s home-made beef gravy prepared from original beef stock (Sauce Executif), with rare herbs & spices; rosemary roast potatoes, a seasonal vegetable & salad.
