Joint BOG & Members Summer Meeting & BBQ

Registration

  • Please register yourself and the number of guests you will be bringing so that we can have enough food for everyone.
  • Please arrive early to help with serving. Clean up will occur after everyone has had their meal.

    If you are bringing guests, please register them here so that we can get an accurate count of people attending so we can have enough food for all.

Our annual summer meeting & BBQ will soon be here!!  This is a joint meeting of the Board & Members, followed  by a BBQ that is free to members, family and guests.  However, everyone, please, please, please register for this event so that we can plan accordingly for enough food.

Volunteers are needed to help setup, serve and cleanup.  If you would like to help in this capacity, you can do so when you register.  (Don't forget to register any family/guests you might be bringing with you.)

The event will once again be catered by Armen's Big Boy BBQ so this will be yet another GREAT MEAL!! (Thank you Armen!).  As always, the Bar will be open for your business.
